Concerts and recitals for all SCMT students and their families
Below is the info relating to our large and smaller concerts arranged so far for 2024. We’re very excited to be giving you more regular opportunities to perform your music locally.
SMALLER CONCERTS. You can put your name down any time for the smaller concerts by simply emailing SCMT in reply or contacting your tutor to chat it through. These new concerts are on a first come first served basis, are very informal and free to you, your friends and family. An opportunity for the following… or whatever you think might benefit you personally on your musical journey:
Perform for the first time in a very relaxed environment
Run-through an exam
Build confidence generally (brilliant for adults too!)
Steinway grand piano for the pianists
Lovely acoustics
Equipment (mics/amps etc) provided
Duets/ensembles with tutor/family/other musicians
Meet other musicians
Film your performances
The possibilities are endless… and after all, MUSIC LIVES TO BE LET OUT!
