Edison is an experienced violinist who has played since his childhood and worked his way to achieving a grade 8 in the ABRSM performance exams. He is currently juggling between teaching students and practicing towards the Trinity performance diploma. He has experience in performing at a concert hall along with playing in an orchestral setting.
Edison believes that learning an instrument requires patience and effort which is why he will ensure that students are always well equipped with the necessary knowledge and adequately motivated to keep going. Music is a lifelong journey where motivation to keep going is essential for consistent progress.
He enjoys performing classical concerto pieces where there is a high demand for technical skill and his favourite composer is Mendelssohn who inspired and motivated him to keep playing when he first started out. Edison is currently studying AI in university and is also currently a member of the University of Sussex Orchestra.
